Usage Policy
The Internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool, and Oblong Live Limited would expect any Client to use it with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other users.
Illegality
In any form is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the unauthorised distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, etc.
Undesirable Content
Oblong Live Limited forbids certain
types of content on its networks, especially adult content of
any description, and content relating to Hacking, Cracking,
Warez and IRC.
Software downloads may only be hosted if the Client is the writer
and copyright owner of the software, all other software including
freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden.
Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if the Client is
the creator and copyright owner of the work.
Spam Policy
Oblong Live Limited is committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-spamming policy, and as such prohibits Spam or any other unsolicited commercial email from being sent either:
- over any network operated by us
- by customers or any other users of these networks
- over ANY network if the message sent advertises or mentions a site hosted on a server operated by Oblong Live Limited.
Oblong Live Limited reacts promptly
to and takes seriously any violations, and further reserves
the right without prior notice to terminate the services of
any customer disregarding this policy.
Sending unsolicited commercial email ("spam"), cross-posting
messages to large numbers of usenet groups, posting obscene
or threatening messages while using or referring to a Oblong Live Limited email address or web site URL is strictly prohibited.
The use of Oblong Live Limited servers as a mail drop for responses
to activities described above is strictly prohibited.
Accounts cancelled due to any form of spam violation will be
subject to a "clean up" fee of £350.

Bulk Email
Oblong Live Limited forbids the use of its network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is also strictly forbidden.
